Transparent LED Film is different from conventional LED displays. When playing advertisements, the unnecessary background color is black, and only the expressed content needs to be displayed. When playing, the black part does not emit light, which is a transparent effect. The method can greatly reduce light pollution, and can reduce energy consumption, and can save energy by at least 30% compared with conventional LED display screens. The power consumption of the LED flexible transparent screen is related to the screen area, use time, average power consumption, and is affected by the brightness. This is easy to understand. Under the premise of the same configuration, the larger the screen area, the longer the playback time, and of course more power consumption. The higher the brightness, the greater the power required for display, and of course the power consumption will increase.
The power consumption of LED Transparent Film Screen is calculated by taking the outdoor P3.91-LED flexible transparent screen as an example:
1. Low brightness configuration P3.91 power consumption and electricity bill
The low-brightness configuration of Transparent LED Film Display has a brightness of about 1500cd/㎡, and is generally used in purely indoor environments, such as exhibition halls and exhibition halls. The average power consumption is about 120W/㎡, and the power consumption of a 1㎡ screen body for 10 hours: 120×10×1 =1200W, that is, 1.2 kilowatt-hours of electricity. Calculated on the basis of 0.8 yuan/kWh of industrial electricity consumption, 0.96 yuan of electricity is required. If the screen area is 30㎡, the normal broadcasting is 25 days per month, and the monthly electricity bill is 0.96×30×25=720 yuan
2. Highlight configuration P3.91 power consumption and electricity bill
The high-brightness configuration has a brightness of about 5000cd/㎡. It is generally installed indoors and used in scenes such as glass windows of brand chain stores to display and play outdoors. The average power consumption is about 240W/㎡, and the power consumption of a 1㎡ screen body after 10 hours of use: 240×10×1 =2400W, or 2.4 kWh. Calculated according to the industrial electricity consumption of 0.8 yuan/kWh, the electricity fee of 1.92 yuan is required. Assuming that the total area of the screen is 30㎡, the normal broadcast is 25 days per month, and the monthly electricity fee is 1.92×30×25=1440 yuan.
