1. Various lightning protection measures
Make sure the power supply is properly grounded. The display equipment adopts a common grounding structure, that is, three grounding points (equipment working grounding, power supply grounding, and lightning protection grounding) are integrated together.
Note: When the company's products adopt non-standard or building lightning protection measures in the strong lightning strike area in this field, please install lightning protection facilities on the input side, or you can contact the factory customer service staff to provide you with an overall lightning protection solution.
2. Control humidity
To keep the LED screen or system area wet, do not let anything damp enter your LED screen or system area.
Note: In humid areas or rainy seasons, this product does not always run 24 hours. To ensure the safety of your system, please use a power supply product with three protection treatments (moisture-proof, mildew-proof, and anti-fog).
3. Active protection
Try to avoid possible problems, take the initiative to protect, and try to keep the items that cause damage to the power supply away from the power supply; and when cleaning the LED display or system, you should also try to wipe it gently to make it waterproof and reduce the possibility of damage.
4. Control the usage time
During the rainy season, it is recommended to use the large LED display at least once a week. Generally, it is powered on at least once a month, and the boot time is more than 2 hours.
5. Conductive metals such as water and iron powder are strictly prohibited in the power supply work area
The drive power supply should be placed in a low-dust environment as much as possible. Too much dust will cause damage to the circuit. If there is water, cut off the power immediately and contact maintenance personnel.
Note: Do not forcefully start using it!
6. Prevent the working environment temperature from being too high
The interior space of the LED display box is sealed, and the air is not ventilated (it is recommended to install louver rainproof windows, air intake at the bottom, and exhaust air at the top).
Suggestion: When choosing a power supply, please reserve a margin of 30% to avoid over-temperature damage to the power supply.
7. Overload (current) damage and excessive input voltage damage
Do not play on bright screens such as full white, full red, full green, and full blue for a long time, so as to avoid excessive load current and overheating of the power supply, which will affect the service life of the power supply. Please keep the power supply stable and grounded to avoid lightning strikes. Do not use the power supply under harsh natural conditions, especially under strong lightning strikes.
